I do not think anyone forgets. Jyuto believes it's more likely we're from parallel versions of each others' worlds. It makes more sense than no one realizing we are gone because an entire world's time has been frozen while we are here.
[ Or he's just agreeing because it's Jyuto and he doesn't like the idea of forgetting. There's really no evidence of any theory being accurate, so he's selecting the one that he likes best. ]

[ It was more pool for the sake of doing something. In truth, Riou is happy to just enjoy Doumeki's company and their conversation, limited as it is at times. He takes another swig of beer, nodding in agreement. ]
[ Doumeki nods, glad they're in agreement. Of course, this means they're going to just enjoy some more amicable silence now that they're on the same page.
It's fine that they're done with their game, anyway. Doumeki is happy to order another round of beers for them, as long as Riou doesn't mind him paying. ]
