Riou possesses what's called a Hypnosis Microphone. The Hypnosis Mic operates by utilizing any lyrics that Riou speaks into it as an attack directly to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. In other words, if your character gets into a fight and he starts rapping at them through the Mic, it'll start disabling your character's body's functions if they have a nervous system. (Obviously, this doesn't affect anything that doesn't have a nervous system.) I'll be asking directly before he uses it on a case-by-case basis, but if you would like to give blanket permission please let me know.
